Why Immigration ?

The reasons to migrate is to seek much beyond a good quality of life. According to me, I would choose the professional satisfaction in performing ones duties and responsibilities to be the most important one. Most of our clients are well educated and are doing well in India. What they miss out on is the respect that is due as a professional for qualifications attained through years of hard work.
A chartered accountant for example, is very frustrated because of the corrupt environment of various departments, with whom he co-ordinates, on a day-to-day basis. An engineer or teacher, likewise does not get the expected respect from the society in general and employers in particular, because of oversupply situation in his profession in India. They are also underpaid.
Lawyers are forced to work in most deplorable unhy conditions. The legal process is extremely unpredictable, lengthy and at times corrupt.

These are just a few instance.

In developed countries the professionals are a few in numbers and therefore well respected, recognized and paid. The fact that corruption is almost non-existent and bureaucracy does not harm the common man. A major issue that emerges out of the foregoing lines is that of oversupply situation in important areas of life. Take admission of children at schools and university levels. But for exceptions, the only factor that works is approach and financial capability of the parents. The principal of equal opportunity just does not exist.

As against a look at the parallel scenario in the country you choose to immigrate. They offer free education in schools. At college & university level, the money and personal contacts are not the yardsticks for admission. One gets-in, based on merit. No donations required!
Comfortable loans are available at convenient interest rates for University education. The student repays when he starts earning. He also supports himself financially by taking part-time jobs that students are entitled to. The self-esteem, respect for dignity of labour that they develop in the process is unparalleled.

He pays highly subsidized tuition fee at University level. Normally just 30-40% of the fee that is payable otherwise as an international student and world-class education at school and college level! This education is recognized worldwide and increases his job mobility within different countries around the world.

Talking of education, the facilities for advanced education are available to you and if married, to your spouse as well. For those interested in research, all the destined countries have excellent opportunities and major federal and provincial budgets for research and development.

In a developing country, it is a nightmare for anybody to be medically unwell. The facilities at government hospitals are limited and mostly unhygienic. Should you get unwell and need attention at a private hospital, your life long savings may just vanish towards meeting the expenses.

If you become a permanent resident, the destined countries offer almost free medical care. The medical facilities are the best and very advanced. Should you get unemployed after specified period. They offer you minimum-security cover to meet the living expenses and monthly liabilities. You get monthly compensation to support expenses related to the children whether employed or not.

Factors enumerated above ensure peace of mind for the common man and less stress in the day-to-day life besides of course less pollution, healthy environment for the entire family. In a nutshell a longer life!

A normal query and rightly so is employment & earning prospects and post landing. In fact, the normal preference is a limited Period work permit for these countries. Such a preference has many flaws.

One, the opportunity for employment abroad especially in Western Countries is available only for very specific occupation like IT and not to everybody. Even in case of IT as the recent past has shown such vacancies will usually be available for highly specialized areas and in fact the contracts were withdrawn midway due to lack of available and continued business.

Two, the work permits are available mostly towards Middle east countries only and the spouse & children are usually not permitted to accompany the applicant. As regards developed countries the opportunities are few and limited.

Three,How long are you going to wait for an offer that may never come your way!  the work permit contracts are valid for limited period. If not renewed the applicant is required to come back to India. After earning in Dollars, it is extremely difficult to earn in Rupees again.

Four, when on a work permit especially in developed countries even if you are an IT or other specialized professional ,you and your family are not entitled to any social welfare benefits including the unemployment allowance and medical facilities. For children at university level or if you wish to pursue higher studies yourself, the fee payable is as an international student. Now that is very expensive! If you need medical cover which is a must anyway the insurance premiums are very high.

In short, if you are looking for a permanent solution that addresses your concerns related to professional & career satisfaction. The best facilities in terms of education and medicine besides the comfort of social security benefits. Then it is nothing but best to look at Immigration.
